museum is developed through the Kostakis Collection on Russian Constructivism:
A multimedia event of two videos and two web sites on Intranet, presented at
the 3rd ESTET, Thessaloniki, november 1999. The VR on Klutsis constructions, presented here, is an effort to reconstruct the propaganda stands, existing only in sketches. |

space, assigning content similarities in the form of topological rearrangements
of the exhibits. E-sign is dealing with two space qualities, conceived
through the physical and the digital: The well defined cells and the fluid

and the city in-between Between the historical centre, blocked by the continuous reference to the past and the periphery of the city, exploded through its generic and open character, the rest of the city assumes the role of a laboratory of the continuously changing cityscape. The propositions sketching and treating of this city in-between are always defined by the, in situ, coexistence of contradictions and dichotomies. Past and future, physical and digital, virtual and actual, renovation and totally new, local and global. Morphing rather than collage or the reference to a Forme describes this territory of continuously transforming and instable identities. |
